October is breast cancer awareness month, as good as time as any to remember that nutrition plays a key role in preventing cancers, fighting cancer and reducing its recurrence. Here are steps you can take to help prevent or fight breast cancer.
Maintain a normal weight, reduce saturated fat intake, eat meatless meals, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. frequently eat fresh cruciferous vegetables. Some of these are broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, radishes, arugula lettuce.
